Wordsworth's sonnet is developed in Petrarchan form, which divides the poem in to the initially eight lines and then the last six lines which must partly similar themes. Within this case the very first octave can be a description of London within the early early morning, which is then adopted by a comparison to other natural wonders within the last 6 lines.
